On the screen where you type in your password to log in, look a bit down for a "Create Account or Add Access Key" option. You have to use that to insert the skill pack to your existing account.
Edit: Also just so you know, those are for PvP use only really. Roleplaying characters only benefit of unlocked non-elite skills that will be available on skill trainers to purchase after unlocking. As it seems you just started playing Guild Wars, I'd say don't worry about the skill pack yet. Insert it later when you get into PvP side of the game. You go into the pvp panel and pick a premade and viola you can go and collect some faction.I would suggest you pve for awhile and get use to how the game works as wel as unlocking runes and weapon upgrades.

Hmmh, well if you are absolutely certain that you aren't doing anything wrong, I suppose you could ask Anet to help.
You can use your roleplaying char for it, but you shouldn't rush to PvP yet. Pretty much you are expected to know the game before you go against other players in combat or you wouldn't survive for long most likely. Take your time with the roleplaying (PvE) side to learn the skills. Play the game through, try other characters to see what they can do and then go for the PvP. It's a whole different kind of game on that side. |
